Chemical Engineer / Chemist-Technologist – Research & Development and Quality Control Experience:

5+ Years Chemical Engineer with expertise in wood coatings Previous experience in coatings research and development is required Knowledge of UV coatings, polyurethane coatings, acrylic coatings, post-catalyzed and pre-catalyzed systems, and pigment dispersion Operations and production, Quality Control. Tasks: Conduct research on new resins, surfactants, and additives Develop current water-based and solvent-based products Evaluate products to ensure consistent compliance with required application specifications
