This role will be responsible for providing execution and ongoing support of all Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistency in all of our people practices.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns
- Provide end-to-end employee service and support needs such leaves management program
- Assist with recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and scheduling candidate interviews
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Work closely with the leadership teams to coordinate, track and maintain employee training records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Partner closely with payroll by reviewing time and attendance records, changes, and resolving basic pay or benefit-enrollment inquiries




- Coordinate day-to-day recognition programs and support employee appreciation events
- Stay abreast of the latest employment and human resources best practices
- Assist the HR team with other engaging projects

Requirements:

- 1 - 2+ years of HR experience
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- High accuracy in data entry and administration, with a strict commitment to handling confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for boosting employee morale, absorbing mentorship, and mastering core HR operations.
