After 7+ years of consistent growth, we’re ready for our next phase — and we’re looking for a high-pace, hands-on operator to help lead it.This is a senior leadership role with real ownership, autonomy, and upside.The OpportunityYou’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations across our warehouse, and customer experience, allowing the founder to focus on growth, partnerships, and new product development.If you’re currently leading operations at a growing e-commerce business and want more impact, authority, and upside then this role is for you.What You’ll OwnLead and manage warehouse and operations staff through regular 1:1s, coaching, and accountabilityRun daily operations across fulfillment, builds, and walk-in customersOwn customer experience across phone, email, chat, and in-personResolve escalations quickly while protecting marginsBuild and document scalable processes and SOPsDevelop deep technical knowledge of van conversion products and systemsImprove efficiency, accuracy,
