You will be part of a self‑organized R&D team working in a challenging and innovative environment for our client. and guidelines.Propose technical and functional improvements to enhance the product.Continuously upgrade professional knowledge and skills.Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.Your Skills and Experience5+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer, Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, especially React, Backend: Python with FastAPI, Flask, or similar.Experience in user support, including implementing complex Java‑based components and deploying them to production with minimal guidance.Proactive learner able to follow runbooks and resolve at least 70% of user issues during business‑hours support rotation.Experience providing channel support and answering questions related to service SLOs.Ability to organize, structure, and document solutions clearly.Robust passion for streamlining systems and simplifying complex processes.Strong OOP skills.Effective communication (written and verbal), collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Results‑oriented mindset.Good To HaveExperience with Node.Js.Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker.CompensationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 65,200 – CAD 157,040.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
