We are seeking a Service Administrator III to join our team in Clairmont, Alberta. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting service operations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Assess customer needs and gather relevant information
- Create and manage basic work orders using internal systems
- Provide customers with service updates as requested
- Ensure accurate service documentation and record keeping
- Support warranty claim processing and documentation requirements
- Assist with technical issue escalation and troubleshooting coordination
- Utilize electronic service tools and systems to support service events
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Must-Have Qualifications
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Previous warehouse and/or parts experience
✅ Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required
- 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred
