Location: Texas (remote) or Kitchener (office based)

About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast‑growing e‑Storage business across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with day‑to‑day execution.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership

Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives

Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy

Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness

Drive change management initiatives in a high‑growth environment

Hands‑On HR Delivery

Execute core HR processes including onboarding,



performance cycles, and offboarding

Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes

Support compensation and promotion processes

Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities

Systems & Data (Workday)

Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems

Use insights to inform decision‑making and improve business outcomes

Recruitment and Retention

Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs

Drive employee engagement and retention initiativesChampion company culture and values across the e‑Storage business

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Strong working knowledge of Workday (transactions, reporting, data management)

Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energy‑related businesses is a plus

Solid understanding of North American employment practices and legislation

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
