About Our Client:Our client is a key player in the investment management space.Position Scope:Our client is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join the Human Resources Team. Based in Toronto (5 days on-site), this position offers an excellent opportunity in a dynamic environment for an individual with a “hands-on” approach. The Manager will be responsible for corporate operations recruitment activity across various lines of business including Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Corporate. In addition to individual position recruitment, this person will help to develop and execute recruitment programs to meet the growing needs of the organization. Responsibilities:Creatively source candidates for positions, utilizing a variety of recruitment resources such as employee referrals, internet sites and recruitment agenciesEvaluate resumes, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicablePartner with the hiring managers to create, edit and post job descriptions to internal and external job search sitesOversee the coordination and scheduling of interviews, together with HR coordinatorGather and present market data on hiring trends and market compensationEstablish strong relationships with internal employees and hiring managers to foster a partnership throughout the interview processWork with the business to understand and to develop their specific recruiting goals.



Implement recruiting strategies that are aligned with each line of business.Ensure positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment processAct as an ambassador for The organization; educate candidates on the culture, growth opportunities, benefits and many advantages of working for The organizationUnderstand diversity goals for each business and create a strategy to meet these goalsConduct compensation conversations with both Human Resources and hiring manager to ensure internal and external equityTrack recruiting metrics to determine efficiencies and areas for improvement – provide updates to senior managementRequirements:B.A/B.Sc with 5-7+ years of recruitment experience working in-house or with a recruitment agency focused on the financial sectorTrack record of employee placement in finance, operations and corporate functionsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships through value-added executionHigh energy, proactive and self-motivatedExcellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-change environmentDemonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detailsInnovative, creative and results orientedCompensation: 95-115K+ base salary, bonus, RRSP match, etc.AI Disclosure: AI will not be used in the recruitment process.
