Contracts until October 2026.A DAY IN THE LIFESupports the Supervisor with daily administrative tasks for their assigned departmentSupports Supervisor with daily email communication to business partnersSupports with ensuring system accuracy within their department (IBM, WMS, LMS)Provides regular and adhoc reporting to Floor Leads and Supervisor for their departmentWill be assigned to a main department, however, may be required to support all areas of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate with general department tasks.Engage in training, team building,

Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policiesKeeping the warehouse clean and always organizedPerforms other duties and projects as assigned by leadershipQUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of Manhattan and WMSAbility to communicate professionally with business stakeholders both written and verballyAbility to effectively listen and provide direction to hourly workforceBasic computer skills including Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated ability to analyze reportingCapable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)Excellent counting skills and detail focusedAbility to meet attendance requirementsAbility to lift up to 50lbs frequentlyAbility to maintain a safe work environmentFlexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtimeMust be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
