About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Audit within its Securities division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the 3rd line of defense audit coverage, leading a team of audit professionals, and developing a risk-based audit plan. This role requires a leader with a strong background in audit, at least 15 years' experience,
and a preference for those with a background in securities and knowledge of the regulatory environment impacting the securities landscape. The AVP will be expected to stay current on regulatory expectations, maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and external auditors, and represent internal audit on management committees and key projects.
