As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and highly reliable Payroll Administrator to join our Chilliwack head office. This is a full‑time, in‑office position supporting a multi‑province workforce.

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Payroll Administrator who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and deadlines.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chilliwack.
You will play a critical role in ensuring payroll runs smoothly and employees across multiple provinces are paid accurately and on time—every time.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll across multiple provinces and companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing bi‑weekly payrolls for multiple entities on a weekly basis
- Administering onboarding and offboarding processes from a payroll perspective
- Completing payroll reconciliations and GL balancing
- Preparing and posting payroll journal entries
- Managing benefits administration and monthly reconciliations
- Assisting with RRSP administration and monthly reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with ESA/ESC requirements across BC, AB, SK, and ON
- Supporting payroll‑related audits and reporting

- A proven record of excellent attendance, reliability, and consistency in previous payroll roles
- Strong knowledge of ESA/ESC across multiple provinces
- Experience with benefits administration and payroll account reconciliations
- Familiarity with Washington State L&I; (an asset)
- Proficiency with Payworks, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical abilities and a high level of accuracy
- A dependable, solutions‑focused mindset
- A high level of accountability, reliability and ownership.
