No previous painting experience is required, as all team members receive full hands-on training. We’re a young, friendly team that works hard but also likes to make the most of the summer. Throughout the season we organize team dinners, company outings, and other events so everyone can get to know each other and enjoy the experience while working outdoors and staying active. The Painter Role:This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented,willing to learn and who works well in a team. Motivated painters can typically earn between $12,000–$18,000 over the summer, depending on availability, efficiency, and quality of work.Beyond the pay, this job offers the chance to develop strong work habits, communication skills, and teamwork experience,
all while contributing to projects that make a visible difference in the local community.
