and colleagues to promote effective communication and collaborationEnsure health and safety policies are consistently followed to maintain a secure setting for all childrenSupport children's emotional well-being by encouraging independence and resilienceAssist with daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor playSkillsStrong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in early educationExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team membersCreativity in designing engaging activities that cater to diverse learning stylesPatience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards young childrenAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiativeKnowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations in early years settingsRelevant qualifications in early childhood education or related fields are preferred but not mandatory; experience working withyoung children is highly valuedThis position is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering early childhood development in a supportive and dynamic workplace.
