Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Expert Labs Delivery Consultant, you will apply technical expertise to ensure world‑class delivery using consultative skills such as problem‑solving, hypothesis‑based methodologies, communication, and service orientation. You will be client‑focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical, optimizing and trailblazing new solutions that address real business challenges.

Typical day‑in‑the‑life activities may include, but are not limited to:





- Participating in Expert Labs engagements covering various phases of design, integration, implementation, migration, and production support.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of related project artifacts.
- Demonstrating a bias toward self‑motivation, curiosity, and initiative in navigating data and IBM teams to find answers and present solutions.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively across client, partner, and IBM teams.

Preferred Education

Master’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- B.S. in M.I.S., Business/Communications with a STEM minor, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering.
- Hands‑on exposure to real‑world application of computer science, information systems or engineering concepts.
- Strong development skills.
- Strong skills in AI and ML disciplines.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Robust data manipulation skills.
- Process Automation.
- IT Observability.
- Experience in Agile software environments (a plus).
