Job Description

Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto. To meet our customers' needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. *Note: work hours depend on the needs of the department. Accountabilities

Review insurance policy and coverages Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability Settle claims in accordance with organization's policies and practices. Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement Qualifications

Minimum high school education or equivalent 3 - 5 years of customer service experience Previous auto adjuster experience preferred Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy Bonus Qualifications

Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset #LI-KT1 Skills

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 47,800.00 - 73,000.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
