Earthworks Equipment is a locally owned and operated company with deep roots in Saskatoon. As an authorized dealer for Bobcat, Kubota, and Develon , we proudly serve the construction, agricultural, industrial, and acreage markets.

This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day rental operation, supporting customers, maximizing rental fleet utilization, and working closely with our Sales, Service, Parts, and Transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate equipment rentals, scheduling, deliveries, pickups, and returns.
- Build strong relationships with rental customers and respond to inquiries and requests.
- Prepare rental quotes, contracts, extensions, and off-rent documentation.
- Monitor rental fleet availability, utilization, condition, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with Service to ensure rental equipment is ready and available.
- Identify rental opportunities and promote additional equipment to customers.
- Maintain accurate rental records and documentation.
- Assist with rental pricing, invoicing, and monitoring outstanding accounts.
- Ensure rental equipment is clean, safe, and ready for the next customer.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve rental concerns professionally.

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in equipment rental, construction, agricultural, industrial equipment, or a related industry is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership/rental software.
- Equipment knowledge is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence.
