This role will be responsible for leading projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met while working closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys owning projects, solving problems, and making a visible impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Lead projects from order handoff through planning, execution, delivery, and closeoutDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and customer serviceAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project updates, schedules, and issue resolutionMonitor project risks, identify roadblocks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on trackTrack project costs, margins, and change orders to support overall financial performanceFacilitate internal and external project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholdersEnsure projects align with quality standards, operational requirements, and customer specificationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and workflow efficiencyAssist with product launches, customer programs, process improvements,
