This individualcollaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to incorporate key insightsinto the forecasting process. They will develop statistical forecasts on a monthly basis anddemand sensing forecasts daily/weekly, evaluate performance, collect inputs for scenario planning,and own the signed‑off volumetric demand plan for the assigned portfolio.A Day in the LifeAnalyze demand trends, improve forecast accuracy, support the S&OP process, drive continuous improvements in planning methodologies.Lead mid‑large strategic projects such as portfolio assessments, process improvements, or represent the demand planning team on key business initiatives.Support hyper‑care and key reporting/analytics across all business portfolios and be an active member of the Integrated Planning SME community.What Will Make You SuccessfulDevelop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.Analyze forecast accuracy (DPA, MAPE, Bias) and implement improvements.Utilize demand planning software (OMP, SAS VIVA, etc.) for data‑driven decision‑making.Release/publish the signed‑off demand plan in OMP.Monitor key performance indicators across categories, communicate risks and opportunities to planners and sales/marketing.Collaborate on demand planning scenarios, improve plan quality and efficiency.Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Planning, Monthly Business Planning, Dynamic Forecast,
