This position focuses on Workday configuration, business process design, stakeholder collaboration, and application lifecycle support, with an emphasis on HCM, Compensation, and Security modules. You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, bridging business needs and technical execution while supporting projects, enhancements, and day-to-day operational excellence.What You'll DoConfigure and support Workday business processes, primarily within HCM, Compensation, and SecurityOwn intake and documentation for projects and major initiatives per PDLC methodologyDevelop and maintain business process documentation for owned applicationsExecute and manage Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and related documentationPartner with Technology teams to ensure business, data governance, and quality requirements are metReview requirements and technical design documents, identifying gaps and improvement opportunitiesProvide solution options, risk mitigation strategies,
