Role/Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day kitchen operation (after extensive training), which will include
- Execute food to our exact specifications and presentation within our timing standards
- Continual Training,



development and motivating our quality employees
- Coach and follow proper food safety, health and sanitization and cleaning practices
- Continuously learn, observe and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations
- Oversee inventory, prep inventory, and ordering levels
- Assist the team in menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control
- Encourage teamwork and communication with all staff in our Socialhouse
- Delegate, coach and share responsibilities to ensure smooth operations daily
- Manage food, labour, and other kitchen-related costs within our allocated KPI range
- Perform other duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager and /or General Manager

- Lead others with a genuine ability to train, develop and motivate people around you
- A passion for food quality and an eye for detail
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitization systems and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to problem-solve effectively
- Possess kitchen systems focus in a corporate environment
- Humility, coupled with a good sense of humour

Your compensation package includes

- Total job compensation ( base / other ) is 58k
- Food Allowance
- Eligible to participate in Group Benefit program
- An chance to grow with the company as it executes its vision.

Pay: $44,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
