We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert with experience in property and casualty insurance, underwriting, claims, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate should be able to develop course content that reflects current industry practices and AMF requirements in Quebec.
Opportunity for online course design and instruction.
Candidate must be bilingual - French/English
Required Expertise:
- Fluent in English and French
- 5+ years of online teaching or facilitation experience
- Proficient with Moodle LMS
- Subject matter expertise in the applicable discipline
- Robust online classroom management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and educational technology
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- CIP or FCIP designation considered an asset
- Post-secondary teaching experience
- Curriculum or course development experience
- Experience designing online learning activities and assessments
- Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
- Experience using AI tools and other educational technologies
- Previous SME or instructional design experience
