RTX is hiring a Weekend Surface Treatment Associate dedicated to quality in production processes like painting and plating. Commitment to health and safety standards is essential. In this role, you will work three 12-hour shifts each week.

Comply with health and safety protocols
Perform painting tasks per design specifications
Conduct plating and abrasive blasting processes
Measure components accurately for quality control
Keep the workspace organized and clean Requirements:
Completed Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Technical ability to read and interpret drawings
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality systems
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical lifting as required Contribute to creative surface treatment operations at RTX, ensuring excellence in production.
