Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area




Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
operating industrial dishwasher, cleaning and closing duties of the back of house.

Skills:
Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is a plus
