Overview

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires a robust understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering systems
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours




Provide guest services that promote customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Expérience
Working experience in a grecque restaurant is preferable : 1 an (Souhaité)
