Looking for someone with experience with excavator/skidsteer with water and sewer experience. Having an Air brakes ticket or a class 1 license would be outstanding. Looking for someone who can also get out the the machine and help with installs of pipe, final grades etc and preform basic maintenance.
Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loader, skidsteer steer, trucks
Dig up utilitys, preform fine grade work, drive equipment/ materials to site
Drive commercial vehicles to transport materials between sites or to designated locations
Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on heavy equipment to ensure optimal operation
Assist with maintenance activities including minor automotive repairs when necessary
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Requirements
Proven experience operating heavy machinery including forklifts and other construction equipment
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards in industrial settings
Basic automotive repair skills are a plus for maintaining equipment functionality
Ability to operate equipment safely in various weather conditions and terrains
Robust attention to detail, safety consciousness, and ability to follow instructions accurately
Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks as required
Prior experience in industrial or construction environments is highly desirable
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
