We are looking for passionate child development worker (Level 2 and Level 3)

Requirements:
Fluent in English – both oral and written communication
MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in childcare
First Aid and Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector.

Job Type: Full-time and Part time available

Responsibilities and Duties:
Create a positive and nurturing environment that meets the children’s social, emotional and physical development
Ensure on-going supervision that ensures the children’s safety and well-being at all times.
Maintain on-going developmental records on each child (Implementing Observation & Documentation.)
Managing children’s individual file precisely
Following our policy and procedure with professionalism
Communicate effectively all relevant information regarding children, families, the program and health and safety to staff team and Director
Supervising and encouraging staffs to provide quality of program

It will be depending on candidates’ level and experiences in the field (Additionally, you will get government wage top up)
