Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Windshield Replacement Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end and luxury vehicle glass replacement and are seeking someone who can work independently, produce high-quality work, and handle advanced vehicles with confidence.
Responsibilities
Remove and install windshields and automotive glass on all makes and models
Work on Tesla vehicles and other luxury/high-end vehicles
Perform ADAS / safety system calibrations
Ensure proper installation, sealing, and fitment according to OEM standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a professional auto glass shop
Ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish
Strong experience with Tesla and high-end vehicle installations
Experience performing calibrations and using ADAS equipment
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualified attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay will depend on proven ability and experience. We are looking for the right long-term technician, and compensation will increase for candidates who demonstrate strong skills, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
OEM or dealership-level installation experience
Auto glass certifications are an asset
Experience with windshields, side glass, back glass, regulators, and chip repairs
