University Village Medical Clinic is looking for a Locum Family Physician to work in Vancouver's UBC area. This role offers a blend of virtual and in-person healthcare services.
As a hybrid practice, this position allows versatile scheduling for a medium-term assignment of 2 to 8 weeks. Participate in a supportive setting with multilingual MOAs, helping serve a wide range of patients from UBC students to seniors. Physicians utilize the Myle EMR system while enjoying daily remuneration based on patient volume, estimated around $2000.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care via virtual and in-person visits
Record patient information using Myle EMR
Serve a diverse clientele including students and families
Collaborate with multilingual medical staff
Optimize work hours with flexible scheduling options
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Family Physician license in Canada
Experience with Myle EMR is beneficial
Multilingual capabilities (Mandarin, Spanish, French) preferred
Committed to the assignment from May 2026 onward
Comfortable working in a hybrid setting
Effectively contribute to community health at the University Village Medical Clinic.
