As a Specialty Pharma Registered Nurse, you'll develop individualized care plans, assess patient health, and administer specialized therapies in home and clinic settings. Flexibility in scheduling allows you to choose your workdays while supporting patient needs. Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualized nursing care plans
Conduct health assessments and teach medication administration
Obtain IV access; prepare and administer treatments
Provide patient care utilizing assessment skills
Observe, document, and report on patient conditions Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
Current registration with provincial nursing body
Experience in specialty pharmaceutical administration
Solid peripheral IV and patient assessment skills
