As an essential member of the Center for Academic Success, the Student Success Coach focuses on holistic student development.

You will work closely with students to clarify goals, design intentional academic experiences, and connect their liberal arts education to career pathways. This engaging role emphasizes effective learning strategies, self-awareness, and collaboration with various campus partners for student readiness and achievement. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized coaching to empower academic success




Guide students in career exploration and readiness
Teach success courses including life design and well-being
Collaborate with faculty on academic support initiatives
Utilize Navigate360 to manage student progress Requirements:
Master’s degree in Higher Education or related field
Experience coaching or advising college students
Ability to engage diverse student populations
Familiarity with academic success frameworks
