Duties
Safely operate a licensed taxi vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with luggage, answering questions, and maintaining a friendly attitude
Manage cash transactions accurately and handle fare payments efficiently
Plan optimal routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety and comfort
Keep detailed records of trips, fares,



and any incidents that occur during shifts

Experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in driving, preferably in commercial or taxi services
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Excellent time management skills to meet scheduling demands and optimize routes
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
Knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and traffic patterns is highly desirable
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
