We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, accurately taking orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.




Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Washing the dishes regularly.

Skills
Robust hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling.
Experience in food service or food preparation is preferred but not required.
Proficient in cashiering practices and handling transactions confidently.
Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
A positive attitude, robust communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
