Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar stations, and dining spaces in accordance with health regulations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns efficiently

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in rapid-paced environments
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours
Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly is a plus but not required; training provided if necessary
