Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, balancing reservations and walk-ins to minimize wait times
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Assist guests with menu selections, offering recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setups and side stations




Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette when needed

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; hospitality background is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to ensure clear interactions with guests and team members
Ability to operate POS systems such as Micros POS accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services and food safety protocols
Experience with hotel or restaurant operations is advantageous but not required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a rapid-paced setting
