This full time position is ideal for a CPA-designated leader with a passion for financial oversight in non-profit settings.

You will focus on strategic financial management and reporting, ensuring compliance while fostering collaboration across departments. This role includes direct involvement in our 43 Housing Program, contributing to essential services in the community. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial statement preparation and variance reporting
Ensure accurate processing of accounts and payroll activities
Develop internal financial controls per GAAP standards
Coordinate annual financial audits for compliance
Support program budgets and reporting on restricted funds Requirements:
CPA designation in positive standing
3+ years financial management experience
Understanding of NPO and housing sector accounting
Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
Familiarity with Arcori Housing system preferred Utilize your financial acumen to make a positive impact on community housing and support initiatives.
