Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, you will engage in key nursing activities including assessments, care planning, and medication administration.

Your expertise will ensure that residents receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs. Participate in clinical programs, safety initiatives, and uphold the high standards expected at Extendicare. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate clinical assessments and documentation
Develop, implement, and evaluate care/service plans
Provide direct nursing care and medication administration
Educate residents and families and address their concerns
Aid in emergency care response and first aid Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse status in province
Preferably experienced in long-term or senior care
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
Strong communication and care coordination abilities
