Join CIMCO as a Refrigeration Technician Apprentice, where you'll focus on maintenance, client communication, and team collaboration. This position involves a combination of in office work and mobile assignments. This role at CIMCO is for 1st to 4th year apprentices or those holding a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License.
Responsibilities include executing preventative maintenance, participating in an on-call rotation, and delivering timely communication to customers regarding equipment upgrades. You will also actively engage in health and safety programs as part of our commitment to fostering a safe work workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Implement preventative maintenance checks
Relay maintenance and upgrade information to clients
Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
Collaborate effectively within the team and with clients Requirements:
Must have a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License or be an apprentice
Gas Fitter license and controls experience are beneficial
Background with ammonia or CO2 refrigerants preferred
Robust communication skills required
