What you'll do
Architect and build scalable features for our cloud-based home care management platform.
Provide technical leadership to engineering squads to ensure high code quality and system performance.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into functional software.
Mentor junior and intermediate developers to improve overall team output and technical proficiency.
Address technical debt and optimize system architecture to support enterprise-level scaling.
Requirements
Extensive skilled experience in fullstack software development.
Proficiency in contemporary web frameworks and backend technologies.
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain complex distributed systems.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working within an agile software development environment.
