Job Description
Duties:
Prepare and cook full course meals;
Prepare and cook individual dishes and food;
Plan menus and manage kitchen operations;
Prepare Schedule for Cooks
Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions;
Work with minimal supervision;
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
Order supplies and equipment;
Supervise Cooks and other kitchen staff
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)

Skill: - Must specialize in preparing all types of Indian Dishes.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is required
