Duties
Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue
Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers, including bilingual interactions when applicable
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English and another language are highly valued
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service orientation
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
Experience with merchandising, cashiering, POS systems, or retail settings is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed
