Your role will encompass applying knowledge of Commercial General Liability while supporting brokers and clients with professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Qualified Lines claims, focusing on E&O;
Apply knowledge of CGL and related claims
Ensure compliance with internal protocols and reserving practices
Maintain detailed file documentation for claims
Negotiate settlements and manage litigation processes Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of claims handling experience
Understanding of Qualified Liability, E&O;, and CGL
Ability to work independently and manage complex files
