We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant in Vancouver.

This opportunity is with a growing QSR brand that is continuing to expand its presence in Canada. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading restaurant operations, developing a strong team, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
Build a strong management and leadership pipeline
Drive sales, profitability, labour performance, and operational results
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and guest experience
Manage scheduling, labour, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and operational standards
Monitor restaurant KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
Manage employee performance, coaching, and development
Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused restaurant culture
Support company initiatives, promotions, and future restaurant growth

What We’re Looking For




Previous Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
Strong QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
Proven experience leading and developing restaurant teams
Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labour management, food costs, and inventory
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Interested in growing with an expanding restaurant organization
