We're excited to announce that LeestaIndustries is now part of PursuitAerospace, a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a multidisciplinary team responsible for quality assurance, quality control, inspection, and quality systems
Oversee internal, customer, and certification audits, including Management Reviews
Drive nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to ensure effective issue resolution and prevent recurrence
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support manufacturing performance
Oversee supplier quality, inspection activities, and process validation, including FAI and APQP/PPAP
Monitor quality performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate results to senior leadership
Serve as the primary quality representative with customers,



certification bodies, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality ownership across the organization. 7+ years of quality experience in an aerospace manufacturing workplace. Leadership experience managing quality teams within a manufacturing workplace. Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems.

Experience with audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
