Northview is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential team in Yellowknife, NT. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role focuses on building robust relationships with Residents, handling inquiries, and supporting effective retention and satisfaction.

You will update resident records in Yardi, assist with move-ins/outs, prepare renewal documents, and collaborate with Leasing Agents and the Property Administrator.
