Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer needs are met during busy periods




Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies
Maintain skilled phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
Knowledge of technology products and ability to conduct product demos is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to upsell and promote products effectively
Qualified appearance and phone etiquette are essential
