The Purchasing
Manager is responsible for contracting necessary trades and vendors to construct homes at competitive prices and quality. This role will negotiate pricing, create accurate estimates, and submit bids to potential vendors for recent projects. At least 3 years of local, residential experience is preferred in this role.
