Responsibilities
Perform pumping / cleaning duties at assigned locations
Operate and maintain pumping equipment
Monitor and record fluid levels and pressures
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment
Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to perform custodial tasks as needed
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
Excellent time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is a plus
