You will collaborate closely with Engineering to enhance manufacturability and machining approaches. This role demands extensive experience, precision, and knowledge of various materials, including ceramics and metals. Key Responsibilities:
Machine components using CNC and manual tools
Provide manufacturability insights during design phases
Conduct quality checks and tests on components
Create jigs and fixtures for multi-level transducer manufacturing
Prepare CNC G-Code instructions and setup Requirements:
Minimum 7 years in a similar Machinist role
Preferred Inter-Provincial TQ/Red Seal certification
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 principles
Experience with MasterCam and SolidWorks
