We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting a positive salon experience. Responsibilities
Perform various nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment in accordance with industry standards
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Upsell additional salon services and retail products to enhance the client's experience
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends and techniques
Requirements:
Valid Esthetician license or Nail Technician license（certification）.
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role for 1 or 2 years.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends
Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus
Proficient in upselling salon services and retail products
Basic understanding of retail sales principles
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
