Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Licensed Nail Technician (required)/ Recent graduate are welcome
Able to work independently and manage their own clients confidently
Strong with time management and service timing
A team player who communicates well and supports others
Comfortable working in a structured, organized, and standards-driven environment
Detail-oriented, clean, and professional in appearance and work ethic
Must be able to work on the weekend

Responsibilities
Perform nail services to La Rosa Nails Studio standards
Provide a welcoming, high-end experience for every client
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and workstation organization




Manage appointments efficiently and respect service timing
Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
Be willing to listen to feedback, suggestions, and instructions from the owner, manager, and senior team members.
Communicate openly with the team when you need help, have concerns, or notice an issue.
Support your teammates when needed, including helping with salon duties, clients, and daily operations.
