Duties
Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe setting for clients and staff
Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally
Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and available services to foster loyalty and repeat business
Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and accessories that complement our services
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and sanitation protocols
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively
Ability to perform detailed work with precision while maintaining a lively and energetic attitude
Experience in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated
Demonstrated ability in upselling retail products to boost sales and enhance client satisfaction
